Virtue Program

Passport to Sainthood

Our virtue program ties in with our classroom theme of being on an adventure/journey with Jesus and our behavior management program. As the children practice virtuous behavior, they will move their passports through the various stages of becoming a Saint (Pilgrim, Servant of God, Venerable, Blessed, Saint). For each week of ending on green or higher, the children can put stamps on their charts toward Sainthood. A child may also be spontaneously awarded a stamp for exhibiting very virtuous behavior. At the end of the year, we will have a celebration, and children will be awarded certificates based on the level of sainthood they achieved (Pilgrim, Servant of God, Venerable, Blessed, Saint). The level of sainthood will be determined by the number of passport stamps a child earns over the course of the year.
