Hello Sport Fans:

 

Girls’ flag football practices Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:10-4:45. Bring your mouth guard, water bottle, and cleats.  Games start this week! Game days & times are: Thurs., 3/25, at St. Elizabeth 5:30 P.M.;  Wed., 3/31, at St. Charles 4:15 P.M.; Thurs., 4/15, at St. Elizabeth 5:30 P.M.; & Wed., 5/5, at St. Charles 5:30 P.M.

 

Track practice this week is on Tuesday and Thursday: 3:10-4:10. Bring your water bottle and wear P.E. clothes and good running shoes. Our practice meets this year will be Sundays: April 18, & April 25.  You must compete in 2 out of the 3 meets to participate in the championships meets in May. Meets are from 1-5 P.M. I need 3 parent volunteers for these events. I still need volunteers for the relay at the end and one timer for all meets. Please let me know if you can help with this. We cannot compete without these volunteers. Our championship meets are May 2, May 8, & May 16, all at 10:00 A.M.

 

Grades 5-8, please be sure to check the following PAL website for game changes periodically: boys website www.jhssac.org , go to admissions, go to PAL, go to basketball, & then to either varsity rec. (7/8th boys), JV Rec. green (6th) & JV Rec. white (5th) & girls website www.girlspaleague.com,  go to either Varsity Competitive for 8th girls or JV Competitive for 5/6th girls.
